ABOUT ME
My parents always said, if you have health you have it all! and I have never taken this for granted.
Since I was little I was always involved in sports, and learning about food, and always curious about Human Health. When it was time to go to school and decide what I wanted to study, there was no doubt that I wanted to learn more in depth about health, nutrition and fitness.
I truly wanted to know how humans can optimize their health to be able to enjoy life. I followed my passion and obtained my B.Sc. degree in Foods & Nutrition, but even before that I started as a fitness instructor in 2003.
